@Dr. Noise Does the #13 blue need to be a little lighter in shade?
(I know it changes in each photo due to natural lighting)

I had a hard time deciding just because of how much fluctuation there is in each photo. I believe it's lighter than most photos, but darker than the one photo from the rear. That shot is in direct sunlight and it's hard to say how the white balance on the camera taking the shot treated the color. So, I went with the lighter side of the range from all the photos, but not too light.@Dr. Noise Does the #13 blue need to be a little lighter in shade?

You forgot one thing... It's hideous, lolIt's...it's just hideous. Colors are not finalized. @Lastlap is also working on some metallic layers to bring some life to the silver and purple. Be that as it may... it's just hideous. Going to have to wing the numbers a bit. It's a pretty generic font, though, so it shouldn't be any big deal to get something comparable. But, also the side numbers are different from the tail number because of course they are. I don't think I mentioned it, but it's hideous.

This is fantastic! And that decal sheet is essentially the same. You've solved another problem. I no longer have to wing these numbers. This is very much appreciated! This photo appears to be from the pits at Pocono. They did qualify in that weekend for that race. For whatever reason, though, they ended up DNSing it. It also confirms my guess on the A pillar was correct. *fist pump*Not sure if you need reference photos for the 85 Skinner car, but I found this on facebook:

The hideous beast is complete! Thanks to what ended up being a group effort, the 13 & 85 are pretty dang accurate. Now that this car is done, we'll move back to going in numbered order. The metallic layers did a good job bringing this to life. Thanks @Lastlap for the hook-up on that. Onto A.J. Foyt!
