Idea: All Star Race Hot "Stage"

All Star Race is a total of 80 laps. About the length of a normal stage. So it'll be a full 80 laps (or as close as one can get it on the various Charlotte tracks) with a pack of 20 AI.

In regards to the 20, the following 17 MUST be in the roster:
  • Ryan Blaney
  • Clint Bowyer
  • Kurt Busch
  • Kyle Busch
  • Austin Dillon
  • Denny Hamlin
  • Kevin Harvick
  • Jimmie Johnson
  • Kasey Kahne
  • Matt Kenseth (might make it Trevor Bayne because I honestly don't know if a Kenseth car has been made yet. Could just edit the name in the Opponent Manager as long as it's changed back.)
  • Brad Keselowski
  • Kyle Larson
  • Joey Logano
  • Jamie McMurray
  • Ryan Newman
  • Ricky Stenhouse, Jr.
  • Martin Truex, Jr.
The other three must be picked from a list of the following:
  • Chase Elliot
  • Alex Bowman
  • William Byron
  • Aric Almirola
  • Daniel Suarez
  • Erik Jones
  • Darrell Wallace, Jr.
You will be car 21, assuming that you either won the fan vote or one of the three stages in the Open. Can you last all 80 laps and take home the million dollars?

Thinking Watkins Glen Drivers Choice (basically default layout or the Boot with cosmetic changes per year), the obvious Indianapolis, or maybe even Indianapolis Road Course?

OH BOY! Now this is a mod that asks you to do a fresh install for good reason...

Historic GT

It is worth it, we'll be able to do a ton of classic hot lapping and the best part is you can use your original install of rFactor for your tracks, that way you save some space on your hard drive.

Just direct you're locations line in the History X rFactor install to you're main rFactors track folder, like this; TracksDir=C:\RFACTOR\GAMEDATA\LOCATIONS\

Dang! 4.9 gigs! Which reminds me.. Assetto Corsa`52`YUP! Just ran the "benchmark" and watched a full lap of about 10 cars (maybe more?) doing a racelap somewhere.. Said I averaged 59 FPS. (And there's plenty of graphics stuff to turn off if I need to!) `6`Looked mooth, but the sound of the incar sounded choppy? Anyway.. Bring it!! `1`

Just a little reference, with my rig I get 200 Frames with everything on including solar effects(the biggest frame rate hog in any sim, I get almost 300 with it off) in NR2003, I get 250 frames in rFactor, and all SimBin sims and get around 80 in Assetto Corsa.

I have 6 cores, 16 gigs of ram and a 2 gig video card.
