Really needing some assistance on this one. I'm trying to fill some gaps in my templates folder thanks to Windows(ahmmmm stupid updates deleting my old stuff). I can't seem to find these anywhere. I Google'd with no results that were helpful.
Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

I'm not sure then cause I just checked in mine and they are working. I'm not sure what the problem would be.

Only other thing I can think of is to check with rob52488. I painted some bases for him and he gave me the templates and carviewer files to do them so he might have them. I've been trying to find the post or message where he gave them to me but I'm having no luck.

Well that is to get it to show on the car but it should've upon loading the x file put whatever jpg is there on the car. So in what I gave him, the chevy one is the incomplete Hellman's base I did. Instead of showing that though, he's saying that it the car is completely white, that it sounds like it's not loading a jpg to it.

I've had times where carviewer did that too and usually the whole model is white, that it doesn't load anything - windows, scheme, tires - nothing. I think I was able to fix it in those times but it's been so long ago now since I encountered that problem that I don't remember what I did to fix it.

When I first loaded the model it had the Hellman's scheme, but then when I tried to load my car onto it, that's when it went completely white like you described.

Try deleting the jpg file from the Carviewer folder and then save the scheme you're trying to import in as a new file. Just make sure you name it exactly the same or carviewer won't recognize it. It's a longshot that it'd work, but it's at least worth a try.

Nope. Nothing. It was a good idea though.

What paint program are you guys using? Cause I used Paint Shop Pro X7. It's a longshot but I wonder if it's not something to do with how the paint program is making the file.

I have another idea to try for testing, it probably will be for nothing but might be able to give a clue. What I would say to try is to go ahead and either delete or move the jpg file of the scheme and then take a jpg from somewhere else (like save a picture from a website), then rename it to the name that the jpg for carviewer is supposed to be and then see if it shows up. Make sure the jpg you use though is not something you've saved from your paint program.

If you don't get the white then at least its a start.
