I have another idea to try for testing, it probably will be for nothing but might be able to give a clue. What I would say to try is to go ahead and either delete or move the jpg file of the scheme and then take a jpg from somewhere else (like save a picture from a website), then rename it to the name that the jpg for carviewer is supposed to be and then see if it shows up. Make sure the jpg you use though is not something you've saved from your paint program.

If you don't get the white then at least its a start.
Well surprisingly enough that actually worked.Screenshot (122).png

I had a feeling it could work. You said the Hellman's scheme was there, which was saved by me from PSP X7, and there's one that was saved from somewhere that worked as well. So it only did white with the file you saved from your paint program.

So it's gotta be something in the way your paint program is saving it, I just don't know where to go from there to fix it.

What paint program are you using?

Got an idea after reading some stuff on a google search.

Let's try this one first. In the folder is there a folder called Corel Auto Preserve? If so, delete that folder and all its contents. That's not part of the original folder, just something PSP makes as an auto-save feature.

Let me know if that works or not.

Here's something I found that might be work trying.

Take the file that came in the download and replace the one in the carviewer folder you have now with it (use delete not replace or it may not work). Then open that file up in your paint program. Then what you need to do is take the scheme that you are trying to look at and paste it on top of that file and click save. Then go into carviewer and import the x file and see if it works.
