The rose is already starting to fall off the bloom with GTL..
It seems pretty similar to rFactor except once you leave the cockpit view on a replay you can't get it back. The lowHUD plugin to show sector data, etc doesn't display when your driving in cockpit mode.. Im not observant enough to really care about great graphics.. Is there some advantages to it Im missing?

I think the delete key takes you back into the cockpit while driving. You may have to go into the wheel configuration screen to set a Key, I don't remember. You can all the the HUD stuff, it's in the display settings.
It's the cars my friend...it was landmark at the time...and many of the cars have been dragged out into other sims because they are the ones everyone loved and loves to this day...60s and 70s motorsports was the bomb bro!The rose is already starting to fall off the bloom with GTL..
Doesn't rFactor have all these cars? (Well, besides the Gen2 Camaro anyway, which actually saves it in my opinion.) 
I figured out the HUD in cockpit.. Had to edit the .PLR file.. But there's still no way (that I've found) to get back in the cockpit, during a "replay", once you hit the TV button.. I never leave it while driving, but for posting replays it's fun to go back and forth sometimes.. Oh well, no biggy, just my time of the month (so I've heard)

In replay you just keep hitting the same key on the screen that called on board, keep playing with things and buttons, there's a lot more in there then you know, that's how I learned.

Not sure if they just recently did this or what, but this looks like the German site that has most "all" the Sim mods in one place, except GTL.. (I went to the site linked previous to GTR2 but you couldn't register. It directed you to this place)

I'm finding other sites too, keep an eye on the links thread in other sims.
I downloaded the Honda S800 from this site, looks like a fun car to drive on a smaller track
