Ok i wanted to try a couple things, if i race the Default tracks, im ok, when i race updated tracks it get choppy , freezes and i get this. So what i see is if i stick to the default tracks with new graphics im ok. i tried the Daytona Rising and Texas FSE, And they race fine with 1024 cars but not 2048 cars ? so something is my system or video card does not allow this to work.? hope this helps

Look in your windows explorer to check the car file size, also the crew size. Cars should be 3mb or less, and crews don't need to be more that 512 in size. If you find any that are over these, use winmip2 to open them and change the compression, and change the crews to 512. (which you would have to do individually outside winmip in your paint program.)
Here's a screen cap of how I set all my cars, I have my crews at 1024 x 1024, which works fine on my system.
