10 outta 10 sound my friend. However, there seems to be no winston_ext_max.wav (something I noticed when installing the sound to replace another sound pack I had).

Just place the WAV files included in the .zip file into your Nr2003 directory's sound folder. For default - C:\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003 Season\sound
