@Highbank Bill can you classify or explain how you want the drivers or cars specified please. Is it like the IMSA series where the faster guys are in the slower cars or is there another way we can choose? There is plenty of time to get this the way you envision it and we have an ace in the hole (Mick) for any technical adjustments that need to be made.

That being said, this series will be for the most part during my crazy time so I don't know much I will be able to participate.
No preset car assignments, drive what you like. Two classes, U2 (the under 2.5-liter cars) and the O2 (the over), in theory, you could drive different cars in each race, I just need to know well in advance so I can set up the server.

I've been trying all the cars....as much as I would love the sound of one of the Camaros, they are just a handful to drive, and I think would be more frustrating than I want. Put me down for the BMW. Maybe Mason will teach me how to drive it! `29`

still testing (need to fix shifter, but at the moment it looks like it may be dead for good) paddles are fine so i can still run indy cars

at the moment i love the looks and sounds of the rx3, it’s a little less forgiving than i like, but more than likely that’s what i will drive

i would love to drive a 70 trans am or 69 amc, but they are way too much of a handful for me

also i figured out why my shifter wasn’t working, not a fixable problem View attachment 106983
It's fixable just have to figure out which yellow wire goes where on the plug. just splice new wires from where they are crushed to the plug. you can do it.

Or you could order a new one

i’m not incredible with a soldering iron, and the wires are super thin so i might mess it up, i will go practice with a soldering iron

It's pretty easy to fix. Remove the white plug, then the pins from inside it (should just be held in with little barbs) Then reattach with solder or recrimp. Only issue is like Mike said, the 2 yellow wires. But a close inspection will probably tell ya which one is which as well. Good luck!

And no worries Mike, I'll be using the shifter when these roll around. They're much more fun jammin' gears!! :p
