I assume this is still on AC? Where do I find that mod? I'd love to see if Taxi Cab racing has improved! `6`
Have they worked the physics so they race like NASCAR cars or do they still race like GT3s?

I really have no idea. I just see them posting in the Assetto Nascar Mod page on facebook all the time. Seems to be more than 1 mod available? They'll never have the physics "like Nascar cars" unless someone cracks/alters the physics of Assetto Corsa. I imagine they have them about as close as they're going to get though? I ran some old nascar mod (Like 60's era cars) at Daytona a long time ago and they were fun with the AI. Didn't really do much bumping and grinding, but it was still fun. Had to lift in the corners but a lap was pretty much straight forward.

There is a sim out there that has pretty good Nascar physics though. Think it was called NR2003?

* Just tryin to think of something fun, laid back, where everyone has a chance and we can -all- run in a pack. :firstimekiss:

rFactor 1 rFactor 2 are pretty good at the NASCAR thing too.
I don't have any of these any longer. I've not had Nascar 2003 in many years, and lost RFactor when my old computer died. Where can I get 'em, and what do they cost? Are they worth it? Can we run together? (the Fun Bunch). I know this is a lot of questions, but I'm serious....I really don't keep up with any of this stuff. I had not done any Sim Racing in many years, until Trae and Bill talked me into this deal.

Heya,
If you go to install NR2003, don't do all those crazy machinations that some sites say, DEP n all. Somewhere I posted how I go about it and have no problems ever.
I could put up an ISO of my original disk in my FTP space if you want. It will just install it, won't make a CD that passes check. I have a newer NR2003.exe I came across also. The server I have up would crash every once in awhile with the W10 one that was out. It has held steady with this one.
I don't know if some create themselves a problem if they install it from the desktop, due to the security within user folders.
I may have the ISO up somewhere already.
:)
