I got on. Try this link (below) for the track. (I didn't have any Martinsville tracks and this is the one I installed, from a link on GTPlanet)

It's not though. One from GTPlanet has an extension folder. Not sure if it makes a difference, but as I said, that's the one I used and got on fine.
