Zoom Fun Bunch goes to the Rolex 24 (and the Roar Before!)

Had a great time with @Jebrown, @M_Nesevitch, and @Trae00 today at Daytona for the "Roar Before the Rolex 24". Here a a few pics. I will try to post more later in the week, and I think Jeb is going to post a few also. Enjoy!

I had been to Daytona quite a few times before, but never sat in the infield. Thanks again John, @Trae00 and @M_Nesevitch for showing me around. I had a great time too, but I'm not near the photographer that @C5Volzfan is. Here's some of the shots I took.

Just some shots that I found "interesting" today. Spent most of our time in the Paddock area, got a good vantage point to shoot several of these. Will take some more "action" shots tomorrow if my legs hold out! Enjoy!

Well, we're home. Another Rolex 24 in the rearview mirror, and once again a stunning finish in one of the classes, LMP2. I still content that the best racing is in the Prototype classes, but I know most folks don't agree with me. GT is great, but rarely a close race in the longer endurance races. Anyway, it was another great event, and it was awesome to spend some time with @M_Nesevitch and @Jebrown at the "Roar". Hope to do that again next year!

Now, I was finally able to get the rarest picture of all! This one has not only the Ford entry to the Rolex 24, but also the Mopar entry! Both in the same photo! Amazing, right? Enjoy!

Home and relaxing....trying to rest a bit after a long drive yesterday. I'm taking time to finally go through the hundreds of pics I took, and I thought I would share some of my favorites with you guys....if you're interested. If not, don't bother to scroll any further!
