Good running John! You were really giving chase, every time you got a bit closer I tried to concentrate harder and not lose it at all and put on a tad more speed.
Took all I had to hold you off.

Andy was hot on the prowl and back on Mike and Mick after their incident, too bad you were served another helping of Spinach..

Tigg you were hot last night too, was hitting some clean marks while I was behind him and took a bit to get by and you were pulling away at first.

Bill, it was good to hear you out there anyway Bud. Hope you get rested and rejuvenated.
