What is the Wayback Machine everyone is talking about?
The Wayback Machine is an archive of almost any webpage to exist since the 90s or so. To save a url there, you go to wab.archive.org/save and type in the URL you want to save. For example, you can look at snapshots of Stunod from back in 2016! Here is the link: http://web.archive.org/

For example, in the days of NASCAR Racing 4 back in 2001, this was the hotspot to go to.

If memory serves, I believe Rudd did in fact drive the 21 for a time
just after he shutdown his own team perhaps

Thanks. Yes I remember he drove the 28 but couldn't quite recall if the 21 came first or after
I miss the drivers from that era; Ricky, Terry, Rusty, Dale, Schrader etc

He drove for Wood Brothers in 2003-2005. 2000-2002 he drove the 28 for RYR. In 2001, when the cars for N4 on that site were being released, Elliott Sadler was driving the 21 (whom Rudd replaced in 2003 ).
