Can't get Spotter Swapper to work on new PC with Win 11. Worked fine in Win 10. Now nothing happens when I start it. It just counts down. I'm using the no CD exe, but that didn't matter in Win 10? All my file paths are good too. Can anyone help? One suggestion was to start NR2003 manually, but that didn't fix it either.

I know it's an old post but sounds like it could be a bad install I don't have it myself, did you do a fresh download and install or was this originally just an .exe that didn't have an installer or did you copy the .exe off of the win10 computer. Doesn't sound like windows defender is blocking it. Does sound like a bad .exe or a bad install.
