OK the #32 Tide car is a 2003 car, I tried fixing the alpha layer and the problem is that car is probably someones cobbled up attempt to convert an NR2003 paint into the National Stockcar mod for rFactor, the thing is a series mess...the white is almost grey and the flat looks to have a fuzzy distortion about it...
Actually, PPI last ran fords in 2002, in 2003 they switched to Pontiac, and in 2004 they went to Chevy. And judging by the headlights, and lower grill, might have come from an EA Sports game.

Tigg had a rough day as he and Mark Martin kept finding each other in their spot...Hermie Sadler had issues not long after this and parked the Aaron's Ford, offiecial word was "a suspension issue". The "Coffee with the Tigg" Chevy came home minus a driver's side fender....OUCH
Martin, Newman and Burton stay out with the leaders pitting, Mark Martin to the point!
