Questions by a rookie regarding paint schemes

Ok so, just today I got accepted to enter this community so I'm still trying to figure some things out. I was wondering, when I request for a paint scheme:
1. Where do I request it in the forums?
2. Am I going to be able to download and use it in my game afterwards?
If anyone could answer my questions would be much appreciated

I'm pretty sure you have to be active in the forums for a little while before you can request anything. There is a section of the forum for requests, and I think once you have met the activity requirement it opens up for you.
If you make a request, someone on the paint team will review your request and either approve it and paint it for you or deny the request. If it is picked up by one of the painters they will give you the download so that you can use it in your game.

BTW, just for clarity I am not a member of the crew here, that is just the way I see things happen.
