Does anyone happen to know if the War Wagons and pit signs, either the original or the newer ones, happen to have LOD's?
Here's the thought process I had. Someone on a discord group made a joke about the new LED pit wagons. And while it's obviously not been a mod yet... if it could ever be, my mind went to ways to somewhat mimmick the effect using the chrome illusioner.
So, my thought was with how the illusioner uses up to I think 10 completed car files to compress into one single file as the finished car; those individual car files have to contain the pit crew flat as well.
IF there are indeed LOD's on the crew and wagon then in theory the same effect should work on that. Just change the colors or move something across the space to create a false animation.
One could potentially even create a "Flashing" Pit sign.
