Photoshop Magic Wand Tool Issue

I've been having an odd issue with Photoshop. For my football carset series I've had to use some JPEG logos. This isn't an issue, I just delete the background with the Magic Wand tool. However, after I zoom back out and duplicate the logo for the other side of the car, I cannot move it with the Free Transform tool and when I try, it erratically moves around the image. Any ideas for help>

Not exactly sure what is going on but maybe this. At the top left hand corner of the tool bars there should be a box that says “Auto-Select”. Make sure that isn’t checked.
