I've been using NR2003 since the beginning. Never really understood the difference between using OpenGL and DirectX. I have a decent Alienware PC (about 6 years old) with a GTX 980 card. I always have cars reduced to 1024 size and settings are not too high. With OpenGL I get good graphics and about 35-40fps. I usually have too wait about 3 laps for these frame rates to kick in though. The graphics trying DirectX are not great and lots of wavy lines on tracks. Should I stick with OpenGL, or try to get better graphics somehow with DirectX?
