Looking really good. I'd suggest moving the roof number a little bit further forward and making the blue just a little bit darker.
You're also using the more recent M&M's logo. The logo at the time had taller M's. The hood logo also needs to be rotated a bit more clockwise.

Big announcement! I will be officially creating a full 1999 carset for the cup98 mod! This will take some time, so keep posted for updates. If anyone wants to contribute or even help paint a little feel free to message me, i'd love the help! I've gotten about 10 of the 50 cars completed!
