First off, thanks to the site admin/mod who accepted my profile creation. My main avenue into the NR2K3 modding realm was to find the tracks that I had went to since I was a kid: Grandview Speedway (dirt track in Bechtelsville, PA) and Nazareth Speedway in Nazareth, PA (now just a shell of its former self, 14 years after I witnessed the last race run there; Firestone 225 for the IRL).
Afterward, I found myself enjoying two things about the game, the adaptability to newer systems and the high capacity to mod the game for assorted series and cars and looks for in-game objects.
I view the entire community as a great entry point to sim racing without the cost of iRacing (for now).
