I have a new one rising grandstand with textures... It is already scaled to fit on the track... I got the model some time ago for some private use, but i can share if anyone has experience on managing 3do models (wich is not my case).
it only needs a proper 3do and a mipmap conversion to NR2003 standards, if interested let me know.

If it gets converted to a 3DO, I'll put it on there. I'm just concerned about the part that says "FPS: 28 (limited)" since that could possibly indicate a massive drop of frames.

There will be 2 different types of track surfaces once the track is released. One version which is smooth and one version that has slight bumps based off of the 2020 Daytona 500. Here's a little sneak peak at the bumpy version:

If you don't have a powerful PC, I'd HIGHLY recommend getting the 4 GB patch and the DirectX 9 update. Here are the links if you need them:

Yes. I'd expect the track to be released in the next few weeks.
