Last Christmas we released the 2022 day version of the Seekonk, MA bullring. It was a very labor intensive project that took us well over a year to complete. At the time, we wanted to bring the track to the NR2003 community without any further delay as a holiday "gift" from the PST Development Team, but it was always our goal to complete and release a future night version. Well, the future has arrived with a pending release of the 2023 Seekonk night version coming out "SOON"!

Please stay tuned for the announcement of it's posting right here at Stunod!

Here are a few screen shots to hold you over to the final release date.

@J.R. Franklin Amazing work again from the team!!

What do the track owners think? Are you & team able to get into non public area? Or just access to take photos of everything?
I work on a modified team so I am at the track before the gates open. In this case last year I walked around the entire concourse of the track (you can walk around the entire thing) and I took hundreds of photos specifically for this project when the stands were completely empty. I've learned over the years the types of photos JR needs so I have a pretty good understanding of not only what I need to take pictures of, but the best way to take them so they can be the most valuable.

We wouldn't be able to create this kind of detail without all of the awesome reference pictures that Ben takes. Not only for Seekonk, but for practically every project we've done at PROJECT: Short track (Stafford, Thompson, South Boston, White Mountain, Myrtle Beach, Riverhead, etc. etc.). It's not an easy thing for him to do either. It takes a lot of time for Ben to walk around an entire facility, both inside and outside and take all of those shots. Especially when he also has crew obligations to attend to on the #5 Chris Pasteryak modified team. I'm beyond grateful to him that he does it. In the end, it's a team effort and it's all worth it. We love putting this level of detailing into our PST track projects. And there will be more to come. ;)

No no, Sir. Your "trkshot" images... :p
Oh... are you talking about that alternate Overhead AI cam file? That's set as one of the a pit cams that I get the coordinates of in Sandbox. I fly above the track in Sandbox, place a 3do up there and make note of the coordinates (x, y and z).. It takes a little trial and error positioning it how I want it and making the adjustments in cam_edit.exe. It is a great tool for me to use to observe the A.I. when I'm adjusting the A.I. for the track. I can pick up A.I. bugs, etc. by watching from up there. ;)

Hahahaha... okay, let's try this again for the 3rd time. x'D I found that shot while surfing online. I just added the PST and Seekonk logos on it. I thought it looked awesome and would make a perfect track shot for the night version.

Just about all of the track shots I put in our PST tracks are found online while searching for reference photos.

Ah this is interesting. Working with AI a lot it makes sense to have this view to see the ebb and flow of AI, where they are checking up, getting pinched, and so on. I might have to try this at some tracks I'm working on, but this strategy seems well suited for short tracks.

Oh and always appreciate your work!
