2000 Juan Pablo Montoya Indy 500 Winner
As requested, I'll make 2000 Jimmy Vasser later today and I'll also update Montoya's CART version released previously because I found some incorrections on it.

I'm pretty close to release V3, I'll correct Montoya's 1999 CART version and create a Vasser CART version as well since it's just a number and helmet change.

That's it, I'm finished, I'll zip the files and upload. When I'm finished I'll let you know.
Version 1.3 is released.

Hope you're enjoying version 1.3.
Now I want your opinion about the next step of this carset,
I'm thinking about doing at least 1 car per race winner since 1979 based on the list chris_250466 shared with us in this topic. I took a look at it and there aren't many drivers form to do. From the first five years there are only Pancho Carter and Hector Rebaque to do since all the other winners have at least one car between my carset, the one that came with the mod and the 1988 carset.
What are your suggestions ?

Just an opinion and a thought but how about a full 33 carset for the 2000 Indy 500. It is one of the Indy 500 sets missing and some of the cars have already been painted and released in previous sets. Just a thought. Big Montoya fan is why I would love to see this set come to life.

In the following days I'll release a new document with all IndyCar Season Results. I'm almost ready with our current century (IRL, CART). I'll will export all files to one PDF-file. Each season will take one side for printing. I hope you'll enjoy. I'm a little bit disappointed about my first document that only three guys watched it. Hope this next will find more interest.

It's an idea. I'm not in love with it because I don't want to "lose time" painting backmarkers that most people don't even remember just to complete the grid.
BUT, I'm not ruling it out yet. And one other thing, How do I chose which Indy 500 to paint? You want the 2000, I'll always remember the 1992 where Michael came so close to victory and that amazing finish between Al Jr and Goodyear.
Let me think about that a little more.
Hi guys, I'm going to make a couple of good drivers that are missing like Dario Franchitti at Kool Green, Robby Gordon at Walker, etc... and other midfielders/ocasional race winners like Roberto Moreno, Eliseo Salazar, Michel Joudain Jr, Parker Johnstone, etc...
I'm going to check the standings from each year and see which top 20 drivers are not yet done, then I'll paint the most successfull car they drove or the most beautiful.
I'm going to do this per decade starting with the 90's. This way we can have a hole field.
After the 90's I'll paint the 80's and 2000's, when I get to this decade I'll examine the drivers that raced in the 2k Indy 500 that dword1488 suggested to see which ones fit this line of thinking. I guess I'll be making quite a few of then.
So far I'm releasing one version per month, I'll try to keep that streak but nothing is for sure.

1995 Scott Pruet with 1996 sponsors
I got his base that came with the game and put the sponsors and numbers on it. Used 1996 sponsors to complement the 1995 ones that were just a few.
I'm not sure yet which car I'm going to make next because I'm doing it based on difficulty to paint.
