This has probably been answered a thousand times by now. So im experiencing some FPS problems in NR2003 for example with the full field on the screen using cup coy im only able to hit 16 FPS when it used to be 30 - 40 frames. Any suggestions?

are these original game tracks or 3rd party tracks?
Open your car folder with win explorer, you should see the size of each car file, they should be under 3mb, it's always good to try to get all your cars around the same size, if they arn't, you'll have to open them with winmip2 and resave them with higher compression.
