Complete 2023 Alex Bowman Ally (Kokers Garage) Homestead Submission Base Request

  • After a lot of thought and conversations within the community, we’re happy to announce that Stunod Racing will not be shutting down. The incredible support we’ve seen from all of you has played a huge role in this decision, and we’re truly grateful to everyone who values and contributes to what makes this community so special.

    We’ve been exploring ways to manage the costs of keeping Stunod Racing up and running, as the current expenses felt unsustainable. We considered moving conversations to Discord or creating a standalone site for file hosting, but those options didn’t really fit what most of the community wants or the experience we aim to provide.

    Here’s the plan moving forward: Stunod Racing will remain open, but we’ll be making some changes to how files are hosted. There will be a few upfront costs during this transition, but these updates will help reduce our expenses over time and make things more manageable in the long run. We’ve been working with a few members and programmers to figure out the best solutions, and while there are still some details to iron out, we’re confident we’re heading in the right direction.

    Thank you for sticking with us and being patient as we work through these changes. With your support, we’ll ensure Stunod Racing continues to be a place for creativity, collaboration, and connection in the racing community.

Other: My friend @BowmanFan88 was the one that came up with this design for the contest that Kokers Garage is doing for Homestead in collaboration with Ally and Alex Bowman he's just wanting the base to this to be made up. I would've at least tried myself but with how everything has been for me. Painting hasn't been on my mind. Anyway, if anyone could do this for us. It'd be greatly appreciated.

Full permission from me. Would be cool to be able to use the base for offline leagues and allow other people to use it for their own stuff. Pre generated on the kokers site but I'm cool with it being made still if someone wants to remake it into a base

Anyone want to give this a try, have at it, permission for this one request is granted. I can't see myself doing it since I believe it's been done already, hence the pictures and I don't have a week or so to spend on doing it.

Went to that contest site and saw how it's made. too bad they won't let you save the complete car once it's done (to your computer that is) would make this base a lot easier to make.

Agreed. I wish it was that simple but it's all pre generated stuff. Cool contest though

Well, I did the same scheme as you did Rob on the contest page, in the process of cleaning up the screen shots in order to get somewhere close to it. I do love a challenge, and this one ranks right up there with the Harvick National Forrest base I did, or the Blaney multicolored base. Both were a challenge.

Done a little work, it'll take a lot to get the hood graphics to align with the sides , will keep doing more as time allows, here's a quick blender render of my progress so far.

Well guys, since I only had screen caps from the Kokers Garage paint contest site, (only way to get these graphics), and playing around with them for most of the day, I decided that what I have is all I intend to do, graphics don't line up exactly, would be a painstaking time consuming task to do. Here is a Paul Sutton render, doesn't look too bad. Will post the graphic layer shortly, soon as I make the png layer for it.
