I am not sure what you are feeling as I have a G27 and was in the same car and did not feel that as you are describing. I actually thought it felt great through the wheel as I could feel the tires breaking traction and even save it from going around. In the Cadenza i could not feel anything there was no input at all. Same settings both cars. If you tell what file to send I will send you my settings.

Yeah it is crazy... I did testing in about 5 race games and no other one has this whacked out feel, they have a smooth transition thru the center without feeling you are crossing thru/over two spring loaded rollers. And not the excessive chattering.

@M_Nesevitch Thanks, yeah usually it is just at default there cuz I really have kinda forgotten to try turning that down, but maybe did not because it seems like what I need to feel is really light and thin.

They are 2 different Mods made by different people so they are not balanced for each other @Highbank , Bill was setting the laps so no one would have to pit but maybe due to illness just forgot. The fuel issue is something @M_Nesevitch could possibly look at?

Hmm, odd. That App is missing from the App-Bar and I do not see a way to get it back. I must have accidentally clicked the x-out of it.
Do you know how to get back hidden/removed items? There is no chocolate on my App-Bar... Doh!

- OK.. I ran Assetto straight vanilla(no CM etc. just started it normally) and the odd feeling is gone!!! FF still thin and odd to me but no weird center problem!

I could swear that the problem was even more pronounced BEFORE I used CM.
I do remember at one time that center area was a lot wider and not just a sliver when I was doing manual edits of stuff to try to cure it, and I think that it was before trying CM and all with you guys.
Maybe there was an AC update that helped it some at some time?

OK, so I went into CM and de-selected every extra thing I could to do with its controlling of the uh, controls ha.
And now the oddity is not there!
Still feels light and like I get better info from good old NR2003 though LOL.
Other games are not that way.
Going to bump up FF more again and see. Totally re-adjust all that Yet Again Again again... ha.

Yes the issue is with letting CM control it LOL.
Well something that was enabled anyway. Now Tigg had sent me his CM file which I was last using. Had many of the same settings or close with some diff values here and there.
Odd that Tigg, or others I guess, do not have a problem when the same stuff is enabled...
Tired of messing with it to nail down exactly what it is yet.

Yes I would select it and see the values change. And feel the difference.

Hey, I just tried the file from Mike and that basically is close to what I had to do. select none of those boxes. Quite light on the feel though, hardly any. I brought things up a tad.
Odd you put wheel slip to zero as that is one thing I don't seem to feel enough of, but the setting does not feel as I would think, I think..
Also made sure FF Tweaks were not selected in the shader patch area.

So in trying to get more of the feel I wanted it only gave me more of everything I did not want LOL.

Have to get used to this feel now.
