Zoom AMS2 Testing Info

Hey, I noticed offline, if I pick a car I'd already run (the C3 Classic) that it automatically loads the setup I had, even from a different track! I told ya'll I'd tried to adjust the 1st gear, to make it longer.. Well that was at Imola and I didn't save the setup or anything.. But today I loaded that car at The Glen and the default setup was called "Imola Vette" or something like that. So, if you guys ran this car (at any time or track) and adjusted the fuel, that could be why it had lowered fuel load. Ya need to click "edit setup" and "return to default" next time we get on and see if that fixes it.
Sooo. This means that they were running a setup, that they had been working on, but the fuel load was wrong.
Think about that, @M_Nesevitch , @Highbank ! No wonder they were so much faster than we were.....oh wait, that's right...THEY WEREN'T!
Seriously, that's something we all will have to get used to, or we'll find ourselves trying to deal with a setup (or fuel shortage
) that we don't really want!
Yea, @The_Tigg had to be cheatin. He was running us down there till he ran out of gas!

Thanks need to be said to @Andle and @The_Tigg on their fantastic pit strategies, worked out great for me..I felt like the tortoise in the Tortoise and the Hare story, but we kept it going "pretty" straight and got that podium

Dave @DKgorace sent me a note on FaceBook Messenger saying he had two updates hit him during the race that's what happened...
Hmmm....wipes out everything except the fuel setting? Yeah, I believe that. Yeah, sounds legit...

A setting in Steam should stop that, There is something like do not update while game is running or something.

I believe @DKgorace was talking about PC up-dates, not Steam up-dates, most of us had that box marked years ago.
It's believable, I have my Windows set up to do it like at 10 in the morning, so naturally it does it in the middle of my stream most of the time, LOL!

Yea, it was a windows10 update that got him. Those things have a 6th sense on when to update.
