...to run everything on 100% highest graphics possible in the game and still have over 60FPS with maximum HR opponents?

I have a decent setup since 2012, but may upgrade and want to know what kind of PC I would need to build (specs) to run everything maxed out (full graphics settings, all objects, high quality, high resolution, etc) and still get over 60 FPS at all times.

Does anyone have an idea?

Here are are my specs. I can run most tracks between 60-144 fps with full settings at 1080p.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
32GB DDR4 3600 RAM
EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 KO Ultra
Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB SSD

So nothing super high-end but it does finally let me achieve more than playable frames on all tracks, even demanding ones like BBMC's tracks.

Mine is a:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
ASUS PRIME X570-P Motherboard
16GB DDR4 RAM
AMD Radeon RX5700 XT 8GB GPU

It runs NR2003 flawlessly.

"...to run everything"

For what game? Just thought I'd ask for clarification

ANY modern pc with a decent Graphics Card can run NR2003 with all the bells and whistles...

Your mb question makes me think you are wanting to update your current unit, believe me you're better off just getting a whole new pc, it's not always cheaper to piece mill it out.

Yeah, that has been something I have been mulling over for a while, but I want to see what everyone else might be running. I can build my own rig, but I'd like to know what it might take to run some of those new high res tracks too.

As much as you can afford it because this old girl (NR200:relievedface: won't last forever, one day (hopefully) a new modern real sim for NASCAR might be developed, you may want to be able to use it...

Right, but until that day comes I supposed there is no point in upgrading too much if I can. I can afford a $10k+ rig. Do I need one that expensive to run NR2003? No. Trying to find that middle ground.
