Now Tom It was not intentional at all and if you watch the replay you can see I was barely on the throttle trying to keep from catching you, listen to my engine you can hear its not wound up and look at Trea's time as he is running me down from almost 4 seconds back. Right before I make contact you slow just that little bit as you down shift and and come off the gas completely as you were using a little throttle at that time. This causes your car to slow more then it was before that and that causes me to get into you as I was not ready for it. I should have down shifted already and left a little more room between us I was out of rhythm from coming in slower and trying not to get into you and having Mick on my ass and Trea coming back into the mix I screwed up. Like I said it was not intentional at all and sorry again.

Not intentional, but 100% your fault still, unless Tom backed into you...Tom said he would come back and give us another shot next Wednesday so let's just NOT blow it on that narrow little track where an off will cost a person greatly...

BTW I read your post to my wife and she said, and I quote, "OH BULL SHIT"

She's right, either own it or don't, but don't make it sound like it's Tom's fault for slowing ahead of you...then claiming it's on you...BAD FORM...it's not like he wasn't in front of you all the way up the esses...

With great speed comes great responsibility, the U2 cars will NEVER be as fast as the O2s...

We're test racing Saturday not points racing, right?

I'm confused enough as it is, don't move race day around.

I think I need a stronger drink...

If we're gonna discuss it, coming on a forum of friends, posting pics and comparing what happened to "getting punted" and "not wanting to be a part of it", is bad form.. If were gonna start publicly shaming guys every time a mistake is made on track, it's gonna be a long thread. And all this towards Mike?? Wow..

Read what he said, I was commenting on that, not what happened.

BTW it's hard to feel like you're an equal member of the fun bunch when you get used up by the fast guys, I speak from experience. An apology ought to be that, not an explanation of all that went into the failure but claiming responsibility for that mistake. Let's not worry about defending or blaming, but rather let's be honest about what fault is. It's not equivocating.

It was just an accident, in REAL racing it would be considered an "avoidable contact"

Saturday morning works better for me anyway because of work, I keep hearing about you all worrying that I might not make it.

I hear ya, but..

11:30pm "Congrats @Trae00 and @C5Volzfan on the wins. @garrett1127 sorry about getting into you totally on me.`25`"

7:30am "if you gotta punt slower guys out of your way, not the kind of racin I want to take part in."

Anyone on here that wouldn't want to explain their end of the deal, after that, raise your hand? We're all brothers here. My guess is, whatever set off Tom probably didn't have much to do with Mike? Just sayin'..

The feeling equal stuff is nuts to me. Ya'll are in cars that are 10 seconds a lap slower. If you mean "used up" as in getting passed, that's just a product of the mods. If you're having your races ruined (crashed) by us, on some kind of regular basis, that's something I wasn't aware of.

There, I've said my peace.. `35` x'D
