Need help with settings

Sorry to be here again with another problem but this one is just a minor a an annoying problem i'm going through right now so its about every time i boot up nr2003 it changes my settings and my player.ini file to default.at first i thought it was my bluetooth controller causing this but i hadn't used it for days.

so is there anyway of stopping this...help would be greatly appreciate.

i'm gonna guess this is not a common problem with the game it is weird though
