Hi Mr. E,
It got me curious... Did just a little digging.
From what I see it does not seem like an easy thing off hand.
It seems to be an odd file within the compressed sound.dat file... A ".pmf" file.
There are refs to PlayStation Movie File and Published Map File, do not know if it is either or if related.
Could even stand for Papyrus Multimedia File(wild guess).

A site I found that claims to have a converter of some sort.
Attention! I know not the validity of the site above or the files upon it, or if they pertain to the file in Sound.dat.
The file name that has the ending Music also has the picture that is shown(I think...). File is called "uiendevt.pmf".

Seems you can rename to .pmf and it works.

Hello all, so i would love to replace the garage sound in the game for something more realistic. Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to do this? I know i have to have winmip and possibly audacity which i have both and am very familiar with winmip. i just dont know if its supposed to be a...

You renamed a wav file? or? EDIT- OK looked and answered this question. Yes make a .wav and rename to .pmf.
And what about the static picture? Does that still show? Was not sure if that was embedded in there too.
