K&N 2012 Mod?

If I'm not mistaken, there was a carset for the series that year, but used the Regular Cup mod. I'm surprised there haven't been people that have gone back made a set for this series using the NNC07 mod or the Nationwide one.
The NNC07 mod best represents that era/style of car in my opinion, but the mod is difficult to paint for because of the warp in the front end. I uploaded a picture to the post that shows the warp in action on the Toyota model.
HOWEVER! I believe there's debate on whether or not the carviewer files (which I believe there are many since this mod was also known as the NNS08 and Nationwide) are corrupted; meaning the cars won't look like this in-game, depending on which version/date created mod you're using? I'm not too well versed on the subject, maybe someone else can shed some light.

It's possible. I haven't ever painted for the mod, so I'm not sure if that's the same problem in game.
