Ugh OK, I was so ready and putting everything to this since we did not do Monday, and kinda worked my day around being busy with racing tonight... A bit light-headed off and on but I was going anyway... :p Now I am going to be Jonesing for something.... Was a bit amped up for this now since I can drive AC wirth a crap now. I gotta not let the cosmos know I really want to do something badly... It will make it not happen LOL.

Not ShoutBox worthy...
Another no sleep night last night, trying to get some rest today...opted to do a no meds fasting day...my numbers are perfect...so I conclude that if I skip my meds and never eat, my numbers will be in the "correct" range but I'd probably be dead

Hope you get and keep feeling well.
Somewhat same here but with BP, the meds seem to be pushing my BP too far down sometimes and I feel wiped out. Often I am fine without any if eating well and getting a little exercise, until I go to sleep, when I wake up it often is then a bit high.
So if just just don't go to sleep then wake up it will stay better... uh, but that won't work here either. :p

Bill, Try to make good veggie packed Crock-pot meals, easy on the meat, do a bit of a Mediterranean diet, goodies and junk food only on occasion. Good for all to follow a bit too! :)
I am sure you have looked over stuff like this time and time again but check this. DIET

I had a nice gumbo soup for lunch, some peanut butter crackers to follow... we'll see what that does
