Car file texture format

Hey all,

I am trying to develop another NR2003 car viewer similar to NRatings, but I want to be able to display a picture of the car and possibly the pit crew. I have already got the driver info and the ratings info as well us the uncompressed version of the car texture (type 6), but I can't figure out the compressed version (type 10). There isn't much info on it, and all my leads point back to the author of winmip2. So far I haven't been able to contact him.

Does anyone here have any info on this format?

All that I could find in the file is in template format (see attached). Is what you have in the file already rendered like?

I didn't make that and I haven't had the carviewer file in years, like 10. I think I got it at Mayo and they've been gone for years also. I think someone is hosting their files, but I can't remember who and where.
