It's obviously ebay and I'm pretty sure it says "Auction of America" but then there's a red blur below that.
Would anyone happen to recognize it and know what it says?

Yup, "for" does look more likely than "of"
Red stuff is still pretty blurry though. Bit strange logo overall with all the plain white, seems like they could have made it smaller.

The length of each red blur seems to match that. Was that a slogan used by ebay at the time?

Here is what I've found. The slogan is "Auction for America" and is a charity system on ebay that raised $10 million for families affected by 9/11. While this puts it in the right time frame, it doesn't specify "in 100 days" or anything like that, and the $ amount is different, but close.

It might also be worth noting that ebay was apparently celebrating their 10th anniversary at the time.


EDIT: Found it, the "$100 Million in 100 Days" was the goal of the program.
