Following on from RyanDZN9's original, the two of us working together have created some much more realistic modified physics for both SK and tour mods! We were unknowingly working on separate projects, so we combined our efforts to make this.
WARNING: your old tracks will not be compatible, simple instructions to make them work are included in the readme. We recommend a separate NR2003 install.

Expect a possible version 3.0 update if we get some more data or manage to fix a couple bugs, but we're very satisfied with what we've got here!

Projects coming #soon from Anthony: CRA street stocks, super late models, 1970 Superbird physics, and two fictional exes: a "what if" 2022 gen 4 evolution, and a set of physics inspired by Mystical's ICR mod

This makes for great fun when paired with Project Short Track track mods like Stafford, South Boston, Monadnock, and more. Highly recommended!
I just got this working and I am impressed with the handling of the Modified. I think it is much improved from when it was running inside a normal NR2003 Series. The amount of grip is awesome. I just did about 30 laps around South Boston and didn't want to stop. I hope you guys keep on working on this mod.
I set this up today worked excellent . it take some time . cars have two speed transmission and 7000rpm redline perfect for SK Modified's Great work , thank you.
The readme file mentions only the SK Modified exe. What is the NR2003 Tour Mod exe used for? Does it replace the Whelen Modified v1 exe

Yep that's right. they are more or less the same thing, only difference is that sk's make a bit less power.
