A simple conversion of NASCAR Racing 4's mips into NASCAR Racing 2003 Season.

Personally, I've always enjoyed N4's UI alot more than 2003's.
Always looked more NASCAR-y to me. ;)

Props to chromechamp on NNRacing for the adjusted indicator + converting help!

In the file folder there is a "blue", debris and crossed" stp file. What are those and how do they show up, if at all, in the game?
