The rest of us can drive them just fine, it comes down to a variety of factors. you need a good setup, patience, and lots of practice. The server says you have run 16 laps... you can't run 16 laps and expect to be able to compete with the people who have run 100 laps. Those 16 were done over the course of the week in groups of 3-8; you need to run laps back to back to back so that you get the flow of the track. It is going to be hard, that's the point. It gives you a better appreciation for what real-life drivers have to deal with. When I first started, I would show up with barely any practice and wonder how people were way faster than me, but as I've gotten deeper into the experience I have recognized that I need to practice in order to be competitive. Some people might not practice as much, but that's ok. Each person here knows their potential, and practices to the point where they feel they are comfortable with the track. It seems like you have come here expecting to be able to drive this like a Forza game and be able to be competing for a win. The rest of us are driving the exact same car as you and are able to wheel it around a circuit faster than you simply because we put in the work. I don't know if you practice offline, so if you do my point is invalid. We are all on equal footing in terms of car capabilities, some of us may be faster than others and that's ok, but just because you are not as fast as the rest of us doesn't mean that this mod is junk. The laps mick and mike put up at sebring were pretty realistic when compared to the laps the real drivers put up. This just shows that these cars are actually a pretty good representation of the real-life cars.
Sim-racing is what you make it, you might not be the best. Heck, 'most everyone here is not that good in the grand scheme of things. we aren't here because we are good, we are here because it is fun. Each and every one of us has potential; some might have a higher ceiling than others, but we recognize that and have fun anyways. I came here to race... and stayed for the community.
(if you are joking, then this whole message is useless)
