yep, a tweak that makes things worse 
* this is for the default spotter and crew chief only.
this tweak lowers the audio quality of your spotter and crew chief, making it sound more like HAM radio and less like a guy standing right next to you.
open your app.ini file in notepad and scroll down to where it says...
EnableStreaming=0
and change it to...
EnableStreaming=1
it actually has nothing to do with streaming, it just cuts the SP and CC quality in half, doesnt affect anything else.
youll need to readjust SP&CC volume, set it to 100 and adjust from there.
