SST reflections

Does anyone know how to change the paint reflections on the stadium trucks? I changed the Shiny.mip to a lighter shade, and nothing changes. Are the reflections hard coded? I have never had this problem before. Thanks!

The mod most likely was not compiled with dynamic lighting meaning no reflections.

try a different track.

each track has different "what's reflected" mips.
these are their names,

c_environ.mip
environment.mip
s_environ.mip

shiny just tells it where to reflect and how much.

The mod has to be recompiled, it wasn't coded to include any reflections.

I remember looking at prices for Concorde on British Airways and saw the LHR to JFK was £4499, which works out to be £10,476 today.

Basically Concorde was a tube full of rich prats being flung across the Atlantic at high speed and nothing else. It was cramped and someone noisy. Tupolev built some Tu-144s which did the same job but worse.

Boeing had pre-orders for their 2707 but like the Lockheed L-2000, none were built.

Was it a good idea? Not really. It took British garagistas and French engineers and combined them into a flood of foolishness.
