I went to download some 2007 schemes yesterday and found almost all links from 2006/2007 throw up a Privacy Warning when i go to click on the actual download page, even though all of the Profile screens and all recent downloads load without issue and don't give the same warning from uBlock Origin. Just wondering if anybody else has ran into this problem and if you guys think I should just avoid visiting/downloading anything from those pages?

looks like NNRacing got hacked once again....
It could also be residual issues from when the site was hacked several years ago and all of the downloads from like 2015 on back had the odd string of text replacing the download descriptions and images. I know some older downloads were known to have issues and were effectively lost as a result of that.

So from an IT aspect I can tell you what is going on. The downloads are located on an unsecure server (http). Browsers today require a secure server (https) or they will throw up that warning. You can click on advanced and go ahead and download just fine.
