That is just what it saves as. I actually looked in the general site rules before I posted, and I didn't see what resolution it needed to be. Nothing was pinned in the Render Request section. So clearly, I am just missing something. I admittedly don't much use these forums. I usually just upload whatever I have painted.

They are re posted at the top now, somehow that was deleted during a cleanup and I never noticed.
What paint program do you use, all the ones I have will allow you to save at whatever size you like.
Also on the original cup templates, you need to turn off the mask layer before saving your flat to submit.

I use Photopea, it works very well for my needs. I figured it out though, here is the flat again. Thank you.

Still 800 x 800. I don't think you understand, when your flat is smaller than 1024 x1024, it make everything look blurry in the render, I'll do this one and it'll be the last one unless you save your flat to this or larger size.

I am so confused. I likely saved it as 1024x1024 before too. I am not sure what is happening. I am sorry. Thank you for this render though.

Word of advice, if you're looking for a render request, make sure you set the quality as high as possible, instead of having it set to '70%'. That will allow the render that is made from your flat to look better. ;)

70% may be ok for just posting a normal picture, but the higher the quality, the better for renders. ;)

ACTUALLY, and I hate to say this but this might possibly be Tom's mistake.
I just looked at the image at the hosting site and it is saved at 1024 x 1024

Screenshot 2023-09-25 at 10.48.19 AM.png

Were you just clicking copy image from the view on screen? Look like the site resizes the preview image but when you click to download it off the top (highlighted in blue) it is 1024 x 1024. I downloaded the original to verify

That's exactly what I do, so my apologies. BUT, in my defense, why not jut post the png file here when making the request instead of making us go elsewhere to get it. Imagine if you will, everyone did this, I'd soon get tired of getting them and no one would get a render.

I agree. It is better to just attach the flat here. Saves a lot of extra work.

Well, I am sorry. I just use a website and post the link it gives me. I am not trying to complicate things. I will find a better way to upload photos next time I am looking for a render.
