Knowing each option for track ini

Hey guys,

I've been messing with the track ini stuff for a while but I have yet to know what a couple of settings mean. Not sure what dlongpad_scale & dlat_pad do exactly. Some tutorials out there seem to skip those settings because they don't know themselves. Any info would be appreciated!
