2012 Tim Andrews #39 Logo ID

I'm having a hard time figuring out this lighthouse logo if anyone can help me figure it out. The top says "Lighthouse View" but no clue what the bottom part says. This logo is on the #39 and #08 for the fall Dover Nationwide race in 2012 and was also on Kelly Bires cup #79 for that same weekend. Thoughts?

The bottom text says "Bait & Tackle - Lewes, DE"

That would be the Lewes lighthouse in the center of it.

I can't find that exact logo, looks like the place went out of business but you might be able to find a close representation of the lighthouse here:
