Bill Sedgwick's 1992 Winston West season looked a bit like this: Out of eleven starts, he would go on to finish with four wins, six top fives, and seven top tens, with only two DNFs in route to becoming the season's champion.

Kevin Harvick was the 1998 Winston West champion, driving the #75 Spears Chevrolet for Wayne Spears. He would not return to the series full-time the following year, but has continued to made occasional starts in the series since then.
