Has anyone ever seen this where parts of the scene are over lapping the screen from where I right clicked on the scene and the menu closes but the image behind it stays on top of every window I have open until I close 3ds.

Is there a fix for it?

Check over you "configure driver" options. Sometimes you need to change it to open GL, and back again to reset it.

Great link , You do not need to configure open GL, just select it, close the menu. Then open again and select direct 3d. 9 times out of 10, the issue is a video related problem. Let me know if it helped.
