Yep, a couple gear tweaks would help.. Shorter 4th gear would help coming off T4 and touch taller 6th would keep it off the limiter on the front straight.. There's certainly no rules against setup adjustments!! I just prefer to keep everything stock, just incase others want to compare times.. It's the same reason I prefered fixed setup leagues in NR2003.. If you're getting beat, you know it's not the setup.. (but if Im banging it off the rev limiter for half a straight, Im adjusting the gears if possible. And I'll note it in my post/details.)
