No. The mod is being developed behind closed doors.Any news?
Nice to see at least you understand. The less anybody sees of those comments, the better off everyone will be. From the updates I've seen it's all about template mapping for now even though they're bound to change. In some ways, it's a good thing. It allows the developers to really work at their own pace, rather than be onslaughted with 'when is it going to be done' questions.
I honestly see both sides of it. As someone who doesn't develop mods at all, I get the wanting updates on something one is eagerly awaiting. But on the flipside, I get that being constantly asked for updates would get old after a while.Nice to see at least you understand. The cockpit is going to be different. This is just the Alpha. Not the finished product.Few problems, 2003 cockpit used, so can you replaced with a dashboard similar to the indycar dashboard?
This is Just A Thought ? { New Mod }, There has been a slow down of cup cars for 2017, unlike last year, are most Painters waiting for the new mod before blowing out 2017 paints, With Chevrolet having a new car next year, and I think there has already been 3 Toyota templates made for the 2018 Camry and a possible change after working out the bugs this year on the body for 2018? plus will Ford change anything on the Fusion for next year, so is it worth all the hard work for a 2017 Mod when there { may } be a new manufacture addition for 2018?, So just when we get the 2017 MOD, Modders will have to turn around and re-do for a 2018 Mod with new additions. So should we just have patience and wait for 2018 instead hours of hard work on a 2017 just to see it change for 2018?? Again just a thought ....
Also Let the awesome Mod makers that spend time working on these mods have their space and time doing this, with Families, Jobs, sometimes its very hard to spend time for this game, If it was me I would keep It a total secret till one day you open up the website and there it is.
Okay, but will it be digital? And will it have crash physics severe enough to Crack the windsheildThe cockpit is going to be different. This is just the Alpha. Not the finished product.
I have no idea since I'm not involved with the mod, I'm just an observer. That would be a question to pose to those involved with the mod themselves, but from what I've seen, they're not at that stage right now. Working on finalizing the models.Okay, but will it be digital? And will it have crash physics severe enough to Crack the windsheild
Something's worth is in the eye of the beholder thoughNot a modder either...respect for those who create these for us !!
You have to wonder if a 2017 mod is worth the efforts considering more upcoming changes.
some mods have a rather short life and considering all the work and effort goes in...gotta be a little disheartening
remember the NNC07 mod....upside was it got recycled as the NWS08 mod.
looking forward to whatever comes when it comes.
meantime, we have a TON of mods to mess with....and enough cars 2017 or other to make up a fun time.
