I just create a new layer whenever I’m gonna do a different part of the base
No I mean how are you able to do this?
Whenever I try to select a part to paint fir example it doesn't do anything unless I have the base layer selected
Is there any in depth guide to painting for nr2003 on gimp somewhere?

What should I do to fix this?

Ok I think I figured it out, when you created the new layer and the "New Layer" prompt showed with the different settings, you had your Opacity set to 0, if you change that to 100 it should hopefully work now.

Since most ncs22 designers seem to be on a (well deserved) summer break, do you guys think I should try my luck with some next gen schemes?
I am thinking of trying the Jordan one
Also kinda random question but @DavidLivez, what letter font do you use on name banners? And what size? Asking cause I got some negative reviews about some of my schemes having too big name rails and inaccurate fonts.
Also also, your back must have started to hurt from literally carrying my designing "career".

The font I use is stainless bold and the size I use some what varies based on the length of the drivers name but I’d use somewhere between 30 and 35, whatever looks best to you.
